This costs nothing while we're in free public beta. Regular pricing resumes once beta ends, and we'll announce that in advance.

Fairness
Refunds, limits & fair use
Clare is designed to support healthy, balanced communication. In some cases, that means recognising when it's not the right tool.
Full refund at intake
If blocking issues such as abuse, control, or a strong power imbalance are detected during the intake phase, your payment is refunded in full.
Case-by-case if issues emerge later
If blocking issues only become clear later in the process, refunds are not automatic and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Process may end without resolution
If there is no meaningful progress, for example when one or both people consistently refuse to engage, we may end the process after several conversations.
These boundaries exist to protect everyone involved and ensure the process remains constructive and fair.
