AI Product Engineer
Help design and refine Clare's conversational systems. You'll work on prompt design, evaluation workflows, safety guardrails, and product experimentation.

Provide psychological insight and professional guidance to support Clare's mediation framework. You'll help ensure our conversational structure, emotional assessments, and conflict-resolution processes align with evidence-based principles.

- Strong understanding of emotional regulation and communication dynamics
